I love General Conference! It is so edifying. But to be real, I just can’t absorb everything the first time around. Some talks really stick with me, but for the most part, I have to read them in the Ensign. To be double real, even though I have six months to read them, I don’t always do that.
I could let it go and call it good enough, but I know there are so many wonderful lessons and blessings that I’m leaving on the table. The Lord knows my struggle. I must not be the only one, because the church started putting out talk summaries. This is the greatest thing EVER! I can do this!
For the last few conferences I have made little booklets for myself from the talk summaries. I know I can just read them on my iPad, but I know I won’t do it. I decided to make a few of them and give them to the sisters I visit teach. The content is 100% from www.lds.org.

April 2017 General Conference Talk Summaries Cover
Print the talk summaries (two on a page, NOT double sided).
Cut them in half.
Place the left stack on top of the right stack and they are in order.
Print the cover on cardstock.
Cut it in half. This is the front and back of your book.
Have your local copy store bind it for you. (This is just a couple of dollars).
Genius!!! Thanks!
You are so welcome!
Love this.
Really hope you also do for Octobers GC this year. I would love to give both as gifts for Christmas maybe even.
That’s such a great idea to give them as gifts!! I will DEFINITELY be doing October conference. I LOVE having these to read. Thanks!
